What skills and experience will you need to excel within the Winch team?

  • Skills and experience requirements will vary, depending on the role but we would expect to see similar personality traits across all roles:

    • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal and external contacts

    • Excellent organisational and communication skills

What are the pay and benefits for a permanent role? (Please note, benefits differ for fixed term and temporary roles)

  • Competitive salary available depending on role and level of experience

  • Hours 9:30am – 5:30pm – Monday to Friday

  • 24 days annual leave per annum

  • Lunch will be provided, four days per week

When we have a live role, what is the interview process and timeline?

Interviews will be a minimum of two stages, and a mix of Teams and in person at the studio in SW15.
