Skills and experience requirements will vary, depending on the role but we would expect to see similar personality traits across all roles:
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal and external contacts

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and to enjoy a fast paced environment
What are the pay and benefits for a permanent role? (Please note, benefits differ for fixed term and temporary roles)
Competitive salary available depending on role and level of experience
Hours 9:30am – 5:30pm – Monday to Friday
24 days annual leave per annum
Lunch will be provided, four days per week

We work mainly from the studio in SW15, with WFH available one day/per week depending on the demands of the role and needs of the team

When we have a live role, what is the interview process and timeline?
Interviews will be a minimum of two stages, and a mix of Teams and in person at the studio in SW15.
