A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their luxury sector marketing experience, and looking for more ownership of their role. This is a hands on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy of your areas, whilst working collaboratively with the other 4 members of the marketing and business development team. This role will be predominantly office based, with the ability to work from home one day/week (post probation).

Skills & Experience

• Min 3 years experience within a full mix Marketing role, ideally within the luxury sector
• Degree in Marketing, Management or Business Studies is desirable
• An excellent all-round marketer (media, website content and offline)
• First class copywriting skills
• Advanced MS Office, Photoshop and Indesign is essential
• Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial
• Stakeholder management experience
• Experience working to and managing deadlines
• Event management is beneficial

Key responsibilities and deliverables

• Assist with the creation and publication of all marketing materials
• Prepare powerful copy and visual content for websites, social media, press, newsletters and leaflets, to support all marketing activity
• Prepare internal comms and ensure that are in line with WD brand identity, tone of voice and brand design guidelines
• Prepare internal and external presentations in powerpoint and indesign
• Support the Studios with Client presentations and photography
• Input into marketing team calendar and planning documents on a weekly basis
• Assist with marketing, CRM management, and business development activities
• Manage WD merchandise re sourcing, costing, stock take and distribution
• Assist with the planning and delivery of external and internal events, parties etc
• Manage and update client intel on CRM and create lists for events and client relationship activities
• Prepare briefing docs for events, press and internal activities
• Manage website and social media

• Hours 9:30am – 5:30pm – Monday to Friday
